Cal. Pub. Res. Code § 42023.5 — Market Development Zone Program is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
(a) The department shall, as part of the annual report to the Legislature, pursuant to Section 40507, include a report on the performance of the Recycling Market Development Revolving Loan Program, including the number and size of loans made, characteristics of loan recipients, projected loan demand, and the cost of administering the program.
(b) This section shall become inoperative on July 1, 2031, and as of January 1, 2032, is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, which becomes effective on or before January 1, 2032, deletes or extends the date on which it becomes inoperative and is repealed.
