Cal. Pub. Cont. Code § 12215 — Recycled Materials, Goods, and Supplies is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
Each state agency may, at the discretion of the individual agency director or their designee, print a statement on recycled products selected by the agency director. This statement shall be determined by the department, in consultation with CalRecycle, and shall be similar to the following: “Contains at least ____ percent postconsumer material.”
