The Department of General Services and the Department of Technology in accordance with Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 12100) of Part 2 of Division 2 and this chapter shall apply this chapter to the following categories:

Cal. Pub. Cont. Code § 12128 — The Alternative Protest Pilot Project is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The Department of General Services and the Department of Technology in accordance with Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 12100) of Part 2 of Division 2 and this chapter shall apply this chapter to the following categories:
(a) Information technology and ancillary services.
(b) Material, supplies, equipment, and ancillary services.
