Cal. Prob. Code § 3202 — CAPACITY DETERMINATIONS AND HEALTH CARE DECISIONS FOR ADULT WITHOUT CONSERVATOR is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The petition may be filed in the superior court of any of the following counties:
(a) The county in which the patient resides.
(b) The county in which the patient is temporarily living.
(c) Such other county as may be in the best interests of the patient.
