(a) By accepting appointment as a trust director of a trust subject to this chapter, the trust director submits to personal jurisdiction of the courts of this state regarding any matter related to a power or duty of the trust director.

Cal. Prob. Code § 16626 — California Uniform Directed Trust Act is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
(a) By accepting appointment as a trust director of a trust subject to this chapter, the trust director submits to personal jurisdiction of the courts of this state regarding any matter related to a power or duty of the trust director.
(b) This section does not preclude other methods of obtaining jurisdiction over a trust director.
