Any waiver by a settlor of the obligation of the trustee of either of the following is against public policy and shall be void:

Cal. Prob. Code § 16068 — Trustee’s Duty to Report Information and Account to Beneficiaries is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.

Any waiver by a settlor of the obligation of the trustee of either of the following is against public policy and shall be void:

(a) To provide the terms of the trust to the beneficiary as required by Sections 16060.7 and 16061.5.

(b) To provide requested information to the beneficiary as required by Section 16061.
