“Interested person” includes, but is not limited to:

Cal. Prob. Code § 1424 — Short Title and Definitions is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
“Interested person” includes, but is not limited to:
(a) Any interested state, local, or federal entity or agency.
(b) Any interested public officer or employee of this state or of a local public entity of this state or of the federal government.
