For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:

Cal. Penal Code § 6240.6 — Substance Abuse Community Correctional Detention Centers is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.

For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:

(a) “Board” means the Board of Corrections.

(b) “Department” means the Department of Corrections.

(c) “Center” means a substance abuse community correctional detention center.

(d) “Construction” means new construction, reconstruction, remodeling, renovation, or replacement of facilities, or a combination thereof.

(e) “Facility” means the physical buildings, rooms, areas, and equipment used for the purpose of a substance abuse community correctional detention center.
