Cal. Penal Code § 14113 — COMMUNITY VIOLENCE PREVENTION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
Unless otherwise required by context, as used in this title:
(a) “Agency” or “office” means the Office of Emergency Services.
(b) “Secretary” or “director” means the Director of Emergency Services.
