Cal. Penal Code § 13526.3 — Peace Officers’ Training Fund and Allocations Therefrom is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
Notwithstanding Section 13526, for the purposes of this chapter, joint powers agencies formed pursuant to Article 1 (commencing with Section 6500) of Chapter 5 of Division 7 of Title 1 of the Government Code shall be entitled to receive funding from the State Penalty Fund, pursuant to this article. This section is declaratory of existing law.
