For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
Citator
Cal. Mil. & Vet. Code § 1070 — Veterans Homes Planning Strategy is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
(a) “Department” means the Department of Veterans Affairs.
(b) “Home” means a veterans home located in Barstow, Chula Vista, Fresno, Lancaster, Redding, Ventura, West Los Angeles, or Yountville.
