Every employment is terminated by any of the following:

Cal. Lab. Code § 2920 — Termination of Employment is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
Every employment is terminated by any of the following:
(a) Expiration of its appointed term.
(b) Extinction of its subject.
(c) Death of the employee.
(d) The employee’s legal incapacity to act as such.
