The insurance disaster assessment team may use any of the following techniques to assess the amount of damage:

The insurance disaster assessment team may use any of the following techniques to assess the amount of damage:
(a) Ground surveying on foot or vehicle, or aerial surveying if necessary.
(b) Analysis of data provided by others.
