Cal. Health & Safety Code § 50682 — Special Housing Programs for the Developmentally Disabled, Mentally Disordered, and Physically Disabled is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
As used in this chapter, “developmentally disabled” means affected by a disability specified in subdivision (a) of Section 4512 of the Welfare and Institutions Code rendering the affected person eligible to participate in programs of rehabilitation, education, or social services conducted by or on behalf of a public agency, and also means persons affected by such a disability.
