The definitions contained in Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 50050) of Part 1 shall apply to this chapter, except as follows:

Cal. Health & Safety Code § 50602 — Preservation Interim Loan Programs is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The definitions contained in Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 50050) of Part 1 shall apply to this chapter, except as follows:
(a) “Assisted housing development” has the same meaning as in paragraph (3) of subdivision (a) of Section 65863.10 of the Government Code.
(b) “Fund” means the Preservation Opportunity Fund created by Section 50601.
