For purposes of this chapter:
Citator
Cal. Health & Safety Code § 50470.5 — General Provisions is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
For purposes of this chapter:
(a) “Department” means the Department of Housing and Community Development.
(b) “Local government” means any city, county, city and county, or the duly constituted governing body of an Indian reservation or rancheria.
