Cal. Health & Safety Code § 50238 — Round 5 of the Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention program is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
Upon appropriation of the Legislature, for 2023–24 fiscal year funding, one hundred million dollars ($100,000,000) shall be made available to cities, counties, and continuums of care that are eligible for round 5 consistent with the formula funding distribution provided by this chapter and upon approval of their regionally coordinated homelessness action plan pursuant to the requirements of round 5 provided pursuant to this chapter.
