Cal. Health & Safety Code § 4887.5 — Officers and Powers is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The board may by resolution change the name of any district to conform with a change in the street name or other designation which the district bears. The clerk shall file in the office of the county assessor and with the State Board of Equalization a certified copy of every such resolution, and upon such filing the name of the district shall be changed for all purposes.
