Cal. Health & Safety Code § 41312 — Governing Body is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
Notice of the time and place of a public hearing of the Antelope Valley district board to adopt, amend, or repeal any rule or regulation relating to an air quality objective shall be given not less than 30 days prior to the hearing and shall be published in each county in the Antelope Valley district in accordance with Section 6066 of the Government Code. The period of notice shall commence on the first day of publication.
