Cal. Health & Safety Code § 40312 — City Selection Committee is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The city selection committee for each county shall meet within 90 days after the adoption of the resolution by the board of supervisors to create a regional district. The committee shall thereafter meet on the second Monday in May of each even-numbered year for the purpose of making succeeding appointments to the regional district board pursuant to Section 40322.
