Cal. Health & Safety Code § 33792 — Residential Construction is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
All moneys received pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, whether revenues or proceeds from the sale of revenue bonds or proceeds of mortgage insurance or guarantee claims, shall be deemed to be trust funds to be held and applied solely for the purposes of this chapter. Any bank or trust company in which such moneys are deposited shall act as trustee of such moneys and shall hold and apply the same for the purposes specified in this chapter, subject to the terms of the resolution authorizing the revenue bonds.
