Cal. Health & Safety Code § 18866.3 — Enforcement, Actions, and Proceedings is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.

The owner or operator of a park shall abate any nuisance in the park within five days, or within such longer period of time as may be allowed by the enforcement agency, after he or she has been given written notice to remove the nuisance.
