Sections 18035, 18035.1, and 18035.2 shall not apply to the sale of manufactured homes or mobilehomes to:

Cal. Health & Safety Code § 18035.4 — Sales and Escrows is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
Sections 18035, 18035.1, and 18035.2 shall not apply to the sale of manufactured homes or mobilehomes to:
(a) The federal government.
(b) The state.
(c) Any agency or political subdivision of the state.
(d) Any city, county, or city and county.
