Cal. Health & Safety Code § 1743.19 — Private Duty Nursing Agencies is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
Each private duty nursing agency license issued under this chapter shall expire 12 months from the date of its issuance. Application for renewal of license accompanied by the necessary fee shall be filed with the department annually, not less than 30 days prior to expiration date.
