For the purposes of this article:
Citator
Cal. Health & Safety Code § 1596.880 — Remedies for Employer Discrimination is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
For the purposes of this article:
(a) “Employee” means employee of a licensee or employee of the agent of a licensee subject to this act.
(b) “Employer” means a licensee or agent of a licensee subject to this act.
