Cal. Health & Safety Code § 1324.30 — Skilled Nursing Facility Quality Assurance Fee is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
This article shall become inoperative after December 31, 2027, except that the department shall be authorized to conduct all necessary closeout activities after this date and to continue implementing this article for any rate period before December 31, 2027, and as of January 1, 2029, this article is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that becomes operative on or before January 1, 2029, deletes or extends the dates on which it becomes inoperative and is repealed.
