For purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:
Citator
Cal. Health & Safety Code § 131350 — Childhood Drowning Data Collection Pilot Program is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
For purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:
(a) “Department” means the State Department of Public Health.
(b) “Data collection pilot program” means the Childhood Drowning Data Collection Pilot Program established pursuant to this chapter.
