For purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:
Citator
Cal. Health & Safety Code § 127400.5 — Hospital Fair Pricing Policies is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
For purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:
(a) “Charity care” means free care.
(b) “Discounted payment” or “discount payment” means any charge for care that is reduced but not free.
