The department may do all of the following:

Cal. Health & Safety Code § 121175 — Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) Research and Workshop Grants is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.

The department may do all of the following:

(a) Accept any federal funds provided for any of the purposes of this chapter.

(b) Accept any gift, donation, bequest, or grant of funds from a private or public agency for any of the purposes of this chapter.
