The department shall adopt regulations to implement this chapter, in accordance with the purposes and process required in Section 11835, which shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

Cal. Health & Safety Code § 11836.15 — Services to Persons Convicted for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol and Other Drugs is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The department shall adopt regulations to implement this chapter, in accordance with the purposes and process required in Section 11835, which shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
(a) Application requirements.
(b) Service requirements.
(c) Reporting requirements.
(d) Required staff qualifications.
(e) Management and documentation of participant records.
(f) Licensure fee assessment and collection procedures.
