Notwithstanding Section 13340 of the Government Code, there is hereby appropriated continuously from the General Fund in the State Treasury, for the purposes of this part, an amount that equals the total of the following:

Cal. Health & Safety Code § 1179.94 — Fiscal Provisions is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
Notwithstanding Section 13340 of the Government Code, there is hereby appropriated continuously from the General Fund in the State Treasury, for the purposes of this part, an amount that equals the total of the following:
(a) The sum annually necessary to pay the principal of, and interest on, bonds issued and sold pursuant to this part, as the principal and interest become due and payable.
(b) The sum necessary to carry out Section 1179.95, appropriated without regard to fiscal years.
