Cal. Health & Safety Code § 115250 — Southwestern Low Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Compact is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The Legislature of the State of California hereby enacts and ratifies the agreement set forth in Section 115255 and designated as the “Southwestern Low-Level Radioactive Waste Disposal Compact,” entered into pursuant to the Low-Level Radioactive Waste Policy Act, as amended by the Low-Level Radioactive Waste Policy Amendments Act of 1985 (42 U.S.C. Sec. 2021b to 2021j, incl.). This compact shall become effective in accordance with Article 7 of the compact as set forth in Section 115255.
