A food employee shall do both of the following:

Cal. Health & Safety Code § 113949.4 — Employee Health is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
A food employee shall do both of the following:
(a) Report to the person in charge the information specified under Section 113949.2.
(b) Comply with the exclusions or restrictions, or both, that are specified under Section 113950.
