(a) On and after January 1, 2024, a screw or bayonet base type compact fluorescent lamp shall not be offered for final sale, sold at final sale, or distributed in this state as a new manufactured product.

Cal. Health & Safety Code § 109021 — Mercury-Containing Lighting is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
(a) On and after January 1, 2024, a screw or bayonet base type compact fluorescent lamp shall not be offered for final sale, sold at final sale, or distributed in this state as a new manufactured product.
(b) On and after January 1, 2025, a pin-base type compact fluorescent lamp or a linear fluorescent lamp shall not be offered for final sale, sold at final sale, or distributed in this state as a new manufactured product.
