Educational institutions requesting approval of their environmental health degree program shall first submit their program to the committee for review. If the program meets the prescribed curricula in Section 106635 it shall be submitted to the department for approval.

Cal. Health & Safety Code § 106640 — Registered Environmental Health Specialists is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
