Cal. Health & Safety Code § 102938 — Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Data Collection Pilot Program is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
This article shall become inoperative on the date the State Public Health Officer certifies that the final year of data from the pilot program has been submitted to the California Violent Death Reporting System as required under subdivision (b) of Section 102937, and on the January 1 following that date is repealed.
