(a) The California State University, Channel Islands Site Authority is hereby established.

Cal. Gov't Code § 67473 — CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, CHANNEL ISLANDS SITE AUTHORITY ACT is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
(a) The California State University, Channel Islands Site Authority is hereby established.
(b) The purpose of the authority shall be to provide a specific reuse plan for and to finance and support the transition of the property known as Camarillo State Hospital from its former use to a new state university campus and compatible uses.
