The board and the agency shall not do either of the following:

Cal. Gov't Code § 64722 — Powers of the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The board and the agency shall not do either of the following:
(a) Regulate or enforce local land use decisions.
(b) Acquire property by eminent domain.
