The executive board and the authority shall not do either of the following:

Cal. Gov't Code § 64522 — Powers of the Bay Area Housing Finance Authority is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The executive board and the authority shall not do either of the following:
(a) Regulate or enforce local land use decisions.
(b) Acquire property by eminent domain.
