(a) If a local government establishes a district pursuant to this division, it shall develop and submit an annual report to the relevant committees of the Legislature regarding the commercial-to-residential conversion projects financed by the district.

Cal. Gov't Code § 62462 — Downtown Revitalization and Economic Recovery Financing Districts is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
(a) If a local government establishes a district pursuant to this division, it shall develop and submit an annual report to the relevant committees of the Legislature regarding the commercial-to-residential conversion projects financed by the district.
(b) The reports submitted pursuant to subdivision (a) shall be submitted in compliance with Section 9795.
