Cal. Gov't Code § 62455 — Downtown Revitalization and Economic Recovery Financing Districts is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
After adopting the resolution pursuant to Section 62451 or 62451.5, as applicable, the governing body shall send a copy of the resolution to the district board. The district board shall designate and direct the appropriate government official to prepare a downtown revitalization financing plan pursuant to Section 62456.
