Annually the legislative body shall levy and collect a property tax for:

Cal. Gov't Code § 37660 — Hospitals Managed by City Legislative Body is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
Annually the legislative body shall levy and collect a property tax for:
(a) The maintenance of the hospital.
(b) The payment of interest upon any indebtedness created pursuant to this article.
(c) A sinking fund for the payment of bonds.
