The Secretary of State shall charge and collect the following fees for certification:

Cal. Gov't Code § 12183 — Business Programs is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The Secretary of State shall charge and collect the following fees for certification:
(a) Certification of a document: Five dollars ($5).
(b) Certificate of status or filing: Five dollars ($5).
(c) Certificate of information: Ten dollars ($10) if the request is communicated in writing, and five dollars ($5) if the request is communicated by another medium authorized by a rule adopted by the office of the Secretary of State.
