For purposes of this chapter:

Cal. Gov't Code § 12096.1 — Definitions is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
For purposes of this chapter:
(a) “Office” means the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development.
(b) “Director” means the Director of the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development.
