Cal. Food & Agric. Code § 79449 — California Nursery Producers Commission is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The public member and his or her alternate shall not have any financial interest in the nursery industry. The public member and his or her alternate shall have all the powers, rights, and privileges of any other member or alternate, respectively, on the commission, except that the public member and his or her alternate member shall not have a vote on issues regarding the assessments established pursuant to Article 6 (commencing with Section 79501).
