The nonvoting members of the council shall be representatives of the following agencies, as selected by the secretary:

Cal. Food & Agric. Code § 76709 — California Salmon Council is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The nonvoting members of the council shall be representatives of the following agencies, as selected by the secretary:
(a) The department.
(b) The Department of Fish and Wildlife.
(c) The California Sea Grant Program.
