Cal. Food & Agric. Code § 55251 — Grain and Seed Cleaners is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
As used in this chapter:
(a) “Grain and seed” includes any grain, seeds, rice, beans, and any other agricultural product which is customarily cleaned by grain and seed cleaners.
(b) “Grain and seed cleaner” means a person that is lawfully engaged in the business of cleaning grain and seeds for others.
