The members of the committee, or their voting alternates, consisting of at least five producers and five processors, shall constitute a quorum. Any action of the committee shall require not less than five affirmative votes of the processor members and five affirmative votes of the producer members.

Cal. Food & Agric. Code § 41205.5 — Wine Grape Inspection Advisory Committee is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.

This section shall become operative on January 1, 1996.
