Except as otherwise provided in this article, UHT lowfat milk shall meet all the standards and requirements which are specified in this division for market milk.

Cal. Food & Agric. Code § 39723 — UHT Reduced-Fat Milk and UHT Lowfat or Light Milk is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
Except as otherwise provided in this article, UHT lowfat milk shall meet all the standards and requirements which are specified in this division for market milk.
