Cal. Food & Agric. Code § 33086 — General Provisions is in force in the current edition of the Code, and nothing recorded condemns it.
The members of the advisory committee shall include persons representing producers, milk products plants, approved milk inspection services personnel, and the public generally. The advisory committee shall consist of such number of members as the director finds is necessary to assist properly in the administration of this chapter. In no event shall the membership of the advisory committee exceed seven members.
